Whale shark

In April and May, the world's largest fish, the whale shark, can be observed in the shelter of the Great Barrier Reef that borders the northern coast of Honduras. This highly migratory species, which can reach 12 meters (39 ft) in length, has the diet of a whale: krill and plankton.
Although totally harmless, it is always very impressive to be around this giant shark as the divers of The Explorers did.
