Loggerhead sea turtles, commonly called loggerhead, can be recognized by their thick head, powerful beak and large neck. The loggerheads diet is diversified and essentially composed of crustaceans - crushed thanks to their powerful jaws.
Every two to three years, female turtles travel thousands of miles to lay their eggs on the beach they were born.
