At the Western tip of West Papua, the Raja Ampat archipelago is composed of 1,500 islands spread between the Seram Sea and the Halmahera Sea. It is home to small coastal villages where people live to the rhythm of fishing.
The Explorers went to Yen Beser village, in Northern Raja Ampat. Their link with the sea is a unique cultural characteristic for the Papuan world. It is coming from the extraordinary abundance of marine life that allowed them to survive.
