Tobacco growing and production of cigars
11
0
Cultivated between 800m and 1,000m (2,624ft and 3,280ft) high, tobacco leaves are one of the ancestral resources of Honduras. After being harvested each year in January, the leaves undergo long and meticulous processing: drying, hulling, sorting according to varieties and packaging to facilitate the aging process that will give them all their aroma.
It is the delicate blend of all these varieties of leaves that give a cigar, entirely handmade, according to an immutable know-how.
