On the Arctic ice, the female polar bear raises her offsprings alone. After spending all winter in their dens, the cubs take their first steps in the snow. It's time for them to learn to hunt on the ice. This learning phase is mainly composed of games and fights and is done under the close supervision of their mother, who watches over her offspring for almost 2 years.
