The fishing technique of the yellow-billed stork is remarkable: with the beak opened in the water, it agitates the water or mud with its leg to force its prey out and catches it quickly. It can also harpoon them. The yellow-billed stork has the fastest muscular reflex of the neck which allows it to capture almost any aquatic prey.
