A yelp, a teardrop and the clicking of my camera... coming across a pack of Wilddogs does not happen everyday! After quite some time in the bush we got lucky to observe this pack of 25 wilddogs while they took turns drinking by the small waterhole in which a lonely buffalo was coolong down too. Wilddogs have never been been domesticated. They are extremely loyal to the other members of the pack and they hunt together. Always on the go they are not territorial and need a lot of space. Their numbers have declined drastically and they are at the verge of extinction these days...
