While waiting for its prey, the polar bear rests at the edge of the water

The polar bear is dependent on the Arctic winter’s conditions. At the summer melting of ice, the polar bear can drift on a released slab. Without making effort, it lies on its raft and moves away in search of a hypothetical meal. Because of its thick fur, it is uneased with rising water temperatures and must avoid spending a lot of effort because preys are less available.
