Located in the commune of Ambonnay, Champagne Marguet operates family vineyards. This estate applies the biodynamic concepts in the elaboration of their champagnes which are certified organic. They are not dosed (no expedition liqueur) and generally have little or no sulfites. The plots are cultivated at the pace of draught horses which contribute to the enrichment of the soil. An approach that listens to nature for the production of gastronomic champagnes with character.
