Glass and greenery
The Buerehiesel's glass roof is situated in the middle of green vegetation. It was built in 1989 by the uncle of the chef Eric Westermann. Metamorphosed in 2018, an Alsatian specialist of the stretched ceiling is at the origin of this unique creation. All around, the garden exults and the gazebo is still there. Among the new features: the oiled oak floor, the painted woodwork, the very modern tables made by Jean Ledermann, 'Meilleur ouvrier de France' in Schiltigheim.
