Located in the Jura department not far from the royal saltworks of Arc and Senan, the 'Attelages Du Val D'Amour' were created in 2003 to revive the traditional equestrian discipline of the team and apply it to various activities. While some teams have been specially designed to work on a regular base with the technical service of Dole municipality to maintain and clean the town, others - such as a 19th century firefighter's team or a British Royal Horse drawn carriage from 1830 - are more original and reserved for special occasions.
