The vast bastide of the Fontaines Parfumées covers more than 3,280 square feet (1,000 m²) on three levels. It was restored at the initiative of Michael Burke, the president of Louis Vuitton at the time of its purchase in 2012, based on the original construction of the 17th century. The cold stone of the entrance hall tempers the heat of summer while, in winter, the rotunda lounge with its Art Deco ironwork opens widely onto the gardens of the estate.
