The Naturellement Normande farm in Landelles-et-Coupigny in the Calvados department brings together 55 Norman dairy cows and 18 oxen. The couple formed by Janine and Denis Lelouvier promotes responsible and 100% grass-fed breeding. The farm's cows give, on average, 11,243 lbs (5,100 kg) of milk per year, which is less than the average 16,534 lbs (7,500 kg). However, the milk's rate of TB (fat) reaches 43.48 instead of 42.8 on traditional farms, making Naturellement Normande's dairy products renowned for their taste.
