Spring in the vineyard
0
0
In the spring, the work of the winegrower intensifies. He removes young shoots that do not give fruit , which could interfere with the development of twigs. He destroys weeds and aerates the soil. He can also use phytosanitary treatments if necessary, if the vine suffers from a disease or harmful insects. All the conditions must be optimal so that the buds, once transformed into fruits, are saturated with sun and sugar to produce a quality wine.
