The chapel dedicated to Notre-Dame is located inside the castle wall of Châteauneuf-en-Auxois, near the 'Grand Logis' and the apartments of Philippe Pot. Built in 1281 by the lords of Châteauneuf, it was restored in the 15th century by Philippe Pot who had it decorated in the colors of his coat of arms and had paving tiles laid. The chapel also houses 15th century wall paintings by Burgundian artists.
