Summer is the grape time. The period of pollination of the flowers of the vines allows the formation of green berries. These berries turn into grape logs. The logs get bigger in mid-summer, and the kernels ripen and soften. The cluster takes its vertical position. The bunches close, get closer together which is the fruit set. Plowing also begins in the vines, which helps aerate the soil, and the lifting, which consists of lifting the vegetation to provide aeration of the fruit and perfect sunshine.
