The perpetual calendar of the vine
0
0
From November to March, the vine leaves change their color and fall. The sap from the vines descends to the roots and the vineyard quietly falls asleep for the winter until the next vegetative cycle. At the beginning of spring, the cycle restarts. The vine was pruned during the winter, the sap rises and forms tears along the branches. In the meantime, the buds appear and let appear a young shoot: promise of a fruitful year.
