In September, the harvest begins in the vineyards of the Côte de Nuits. The long-awaited precious bunches of grapes, the result of careful selection and work, are finally ready to be cut by the pickers. The quality of the grape is still under scrutiny during this collective work. More than 3 tones of bunches will be cut per day.
