In the middle of the courtyard of the Moutarderie Edmond Fallot of Beaune in the Côte d'Or department sits a refurbished Peugeot 201. The gleaming yellow and brown vehicle, used in the 1930s to deliver the condiment, bears the inscription La Moutarderie Fallot on its body. The Peugeot 201, which laid down the principle of the brand's use of the central 0 nomenclature still in force today, was produced between 1929 and 1937. It was the first French car equipped with independent front wheels.
