In 2012, Olivier Tézenas, the current owner in charge of operating the Brégançon Castle wine estate, continued to develop his activity by building a cellar equipped with cutting-edge technology. Its visit is part of the educational tour open to wine tourism on the estate. It allows visitors to discover the stages and tools of the wine harvest, from destemming to bottling, passing through the vinification vats, the barrel cellar, and the secrets of aging in oak barrels.
