The Découverte et Sensations Fortes (Discovery and Thrills) tour of the Moutarderie Edmond Fallot offers guests a visit of a museum space dedicated to mustard production. It includes the current production area of the company, from the processing of mustard seed to the packaging of finished products. A first scenographic space created in 2003 makes it possible to discover the birth of the company and its evolution since 1840. Period tools in perfect condition - notably stone millstones, sifters, and storage casks - are on display there.
