A uniqueness based on singular choices

The uniqueness of the wines produced on the Château Malherbe vineyard in Bormes-les-Mimosas is not only due to the exceptional nature of their location and their terroir but also to wine-making choices. The cellar masters have indeed opted for plot and varietal vinification. The originality of the local wines is also reflected in their packaging chosen in the 1970s. The bottles are made of dark glass to protect the wines from light, and a red wax seal indicates their vintage. They are sold at the property in the middle of the vineyards but also, in summer, at sea on a pontoon where it is possible to dock.
