The Don du Vent is an auric ketch from 1947 belonging to the series of 612 war fishing coasters, the KFK (Kriegsfischkutter), built by the German Navy between 1942 and 1948. Moored at the Quai d'honneur of Marseille's Vieux-Port (Old Port) since its acquisition in 1979 by Philippe Derain, the boat now belongs to the painter Fanny Moreaux and her companion, the skipper Benoit Bouchet. The couple rents it for sea trips, cruises, and events.
