A region of equestrian tourism
0
0
Equestrian tourism is highly developed in Camargue, the traditional land of the eponymous horse manades (herds). The lack of relief, the scarcity of vegetation, the immensity of the coastal areas, and the abundance of the drailles (former transhumance paths) participate in the development of this form of tourism, and equestrian centers are legion. They organize horseback rides that can last from a few hours to a day and allow discovering the Camargue Regional Nature Park and its fauna and flora.
