A pioneer of Burgundy gastronomy

Ten years ago, on March 8, 2012, the Dijon-based SME Mulot & Petitjean became the first Burgundy company to receive the Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant (Living Heritage Company) label in the gastronomy category. Born in 1901 from the alliance between the old Dijon factories Boittier and Céry, the Mulot & Petitjean house has taken over and perpetuated the tradition dating back to 1796 of gingerbread and nonnettes. In 2021, on the occasion of its 225th anniversary, the company, also implanted Place Bossuet in the heart of Dijon, opened a museum space on the site of its factory on Boulevard de l'Ouest.
