Mélanie Pfister's vines are spread out in well-kept rows. They are attached to high stakes to benefit from better exposure to sunshine. Mélanie Pfister owns more than 40 plots that she prefers not to mix in order to create different, singular wines. Around sixty vats allow the wines of the year to ripen. When she does not ride a tractor down her vineyards, Mélanie Pfister manages the association DiVINes d'Alsace (DiVINes of Alsace), which brings together some fifty women winegrowers from the region.
