This dead end in Paris has a London allure to such an extent that the n°10 conforms to the 10 Downing Street of the English Prime Minister. Once the sordid huts of the turn of the century were razed to the ground, the promoter Louis Vuldy made it a neat dead end that remained private until 1926. The fashion of Art Nouveau and the Anglo-Norman style brought the construction of charming houses adorned with gardens and flowers. The dead end took the name of Villa Léandre in 1936 and still constitutes an immersion on the other side of the Channel.
