A significant architectural diversity
Consecrated in 1772, Notre-Dame-de-l'Assomption Church of Èze was built at the end of the 18th century by the architect Antonio Spinelli, known for the plans of Place Garibaldi in Nice. Its ocher facade displays a remarkable neoclassical architecture, while its basilica-type nave with side chapels is typical Baroque style. Such diversity earned the church, flanked by a square bell tower on two levels, recognition as a Historical Monument in 1984.
