Created in the 19th century, the École Nationale Professionnelle des Haras (National Professional School of the Stud Farms) still offers qualifying training courses within the Haras National du Pin concerning breeding and reproduction techniques, traditional trades in the equine sector, or even equestrian specificities such as horse-driving. The horse-driving activities developed by the Pin horse-driving school include competition and leisure horse-driving with one, two, or four horses, work on foot, on the lunge, on long reins, and work on the locomotion of the horse. The school provides CSUCA (User of Harnessed Horses Certificate of Specialization) and BPJEPS (Professional Certificate of Youth, Popular Education, and Sport) in horse driving, relying on quality cavalry and also allowing students to come in training with their own horses.
