The estate of Château Léoube extends over 1,384 acres (560 ha) between Pellegrin beach and the hills of the Maures on the territory of the municipality of Bormes-les-Mimosas in the Var department. Its schist soils on the hillsides, more clayey on the outskirts of the plain, and partially sandy by the sea, are planted over 173 acres (70 ha) of the grape varieties of the Côtes-de-Provence designation (Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah, Mourvèdre and Cabernet Sauvignon) to which are added Cabernet Franc and Merlot.
