A process supported by Normandy and Europe

Denis Lelouvier has always wanted to highlight Norman cows and, through them, Normandy. Together with his wife, Janine, he decided to switch to 100% organic in 2014. They plan to replant 37 acres (15 ha) of meadows without any fertilizer additives in order to be able to provide winter food for the cattle. The couple has received aid from the region and Europe to support its initiative.
