The olive trees of Château Léoube estate are cultivated in sustainable agriculture using traditional methods based on complete tillage for a better balance of the trees. The approach does not consist in irrigating but cultivating all the soil to limit water loss by evaporation. The rotating olive harvest happens with the help of electric combs with light vibrations that make the olives fall into nets stretched out under the trees, thus preserving the olive trees and the earth from any form of stress.
