An essential tasting cellar
0
0
In 2012, along with a cellar equipped with cutting-edge technology, Olivier Tézenas, the current owner in charge of operating Brégançon Castle vineyard, built a tasting cellar. This final stage of the wine-centered visit allows a commented tasting of the range of wines produced on the estate and emphasizes their regional typicity. It illustrates the explanations received on the grape varieties, the terroir, and the different vinification and aging methods. Half of Brégançon Castle's wine selling originates from this cellar.
