Despite being the oldest cooperative cellar in France, created in 1901, the Nissan-Lez-Ensérune one is also the most contemporary cellar in Languedoc. After a complete refurbishment in 2019, the Vignerons du Pays d´Ensérune then undertook the renovation of its vats. They have been covered with giant street-art frescoes created by local artists sponsored by the LineUp association of Montpellier. The Nissan-Lez-Ensérunes cellar is now an essential wine tourism address.
