Of Gallo-Roman origin, Neufchâtel-en-Bray rests in a bocage setting crossed by the Béthune. The area offers many walks through a greenway. It is a land of tradition and the birthplace of the famous Neufchâtel cheese sometimes considered the oldest in France. The village hosts an annual medieval festival in April as well as the Cheese Festival at the end of September.
