Mélanie Pfister is a passionate winegrower. A worthy descendant of a family of winegrowers settled in Dahlenheim since 1780, she has energy and enthusiasm to spare. Since her arrival in 2008 at the head of the Pfister Estate, Mélanie has succeeded in adding to the historic expertise of the firm through a sustainable approach in the vineyards and the cellar. This in-depth work was rewarded in 2013 with the HVE (High Environmental Value) label. Two years later, Domaine Mélanie Pfister was the first French winery to be certified Fair’n Green.
