Camargue racing is a sport in which the participants, known as raseteurs, attempt to catch award-winning attributes attached to the bull's forehead and horns. The removal of the attributes always happens in the same order: first the cockade, then the tassels, the browband, and the strings. Once gathered, they are counted and allow raseteurs to total bonuses and points. The president announces the initial value of the prizes and then raises the stakes throughout the races.
