At Domaine d’Esthine, everything starts by a milking of the donkeys, by hand. The rest of the milk is left to the mothers for their foals. Through to the cold saponification technique, the natural excess of fat in the milk remains intact. All essential and vegetables oils are organically produced, with no added palm oil.
