A vegetable garden and an orchard

Along with the reorientation of its vineyard and olive grove, Château Léoube estate has created a vegetable garden cultivated through permaculture and a collection orchard on the former market garden lands extending near the castle. The selected plants are spread over 5 acres (2 ha) and come from old varieties grown in nurseries using organic methods. The output of the garden and the orchard is used in the recipes with Mediterranean influences of Café Léoube, the restaurant of the estate.
