A port surrounded by a green patchwork

Port Racine is located at the extreme western tip of the Cotentin in Saint-Germain-des-Vaux. The port, known as one of the smallest in France, is surrounded by bocage landscapes that evoke Celtic panoramas. The region, nicknamed Little Ireland, unrolls its green patchwork as far as the eye can see and constituted Jacques Prévert's favorite place to walk.
