The Villa Rayolet displays a complex plan and arrangement of volumes due to the different phases of construction and the different functions it has experienced. Built by the banker Alfred-Théodore Courmes in 1925, it was bought in 1939 by the industrialist Henri Potez, who undertook expansion and interior redevelopment works.
