The Serre-Ponçon dam and its history are widely documented all around the Hautes-Alpes lake. In addition to the guided tours of the site accessible in summer on registration during the open days of the dam and the power plant and during the EDF Electricity Industry Days, three other sites provide information: The EDF Water and Energies House implanted at the foot of the dam, the Muséoscope du Lac located near the Ivan Wilhelm belvedere in Rousset, and the CIAP (Interpretation Centre of Architecture and Heritage) of Savines-le-Lac.
