The milk from the cows of the Naturellement Normande farm in Landelles and Coupigny is collected through an innovative system in which the Lelouvier couple has invested heavily. Their cows graze six months a year on green grass and eat dried grass in winter in order to give milk with incomparable taste. The farm also develop a range of dairy products whose Camembert has received a PDO (Protected Designation of Origin) label.
