A kangaroo never walks backward

It is rather known for its jumps or for its aptitude for boxing! The kangaroo, a marsupial endemic to Australia, does not know how to turn back! The size of its hind legs as well as its long tail prevent it from retreating. This ineptitude is one of the reasons why the animal was chosen as the symbol of the country: Australia, a nation that is moving forward.
