Raphaël Seghin (photo) and his brother Yannick took over the 'Fer à Cheval' soap factory in 2013. These two young entrepreneurs initiated a profound reorganization of this Marseille institution and gave it a new impulse. It now employs 45 people, 20 of whom have been recruited since 2013 and has been manufacturing 150 tonnes of soap per week since the start of the pandemic.
