The Christian Dior Museum is housed in the couturier's childhood home. The villa Les Rhumbs is nestled amid a garden on a cliff facing the Channel Islands. Christian Dior landscaped it from 1906 to 1930, and his mother, Madeleine Dior, decorated it with a fragrant rose garden she was fond of. In the center of a courtyard surrounded by roses and a pergola, a pond houses Koi carps.
