The Umbrella Sky Projects by Portuguese artist Patricia Cunha are examples of street art, an ephemeral art form born in the sixties taking place in the urban space. A true open-air museum visible to passers-by, it allows artists to reappropriate public places and communicate with the inhabitants. It encompasses and highlights various contemporary expressions such as graffiti, wall frescoes, displays, or even aerial installations such as the colorful umbrellas in Castellar.
