In 2012, the Moutarderie Edmond Fallot launched the new Enjoy Fallot concept in Beaune by opening a space entirely dedicated to mustard where one can discover and taste limited editions. This space has also allowed the Fallot house to reconnect with the historical tradition of the mustard makers of yesteryear of selling mustard in bulk. Visitors can now come and have their mustard pots filled at the various distribution points set up in the factory.
