The Naturellement Normande farm has made a 100% organic shift since 2014 by investing in a hay dryer for winter food for its cows. The milking equipment has also been renovated to become more efficient and less stressful for the animals, who enter it more willingly. Nearly a million euros have been invested in total, but the farm's hay milk and by-products have won several labels for their renowned taste.
