The wrought iron doors of the Fontaines Parfumées estate seem to shelter a different, silent, and fragrant spacetime forbidden to access for visitors except for a few annual opening days. The site allows breathing in the scents of the remarkable plant palette of the gardens and fields of roses and jasmine watered by the historic spring of La Foux. It crosses the property, passes through its centuries-old indoor and outdoor fountains, and joins the old mill below.
